Vitaldin Sport
The Project
Client: Vitaldin Sport, food supplements and sports nutrition brand
Agency: Always Sports
Project Summary: Strategic brand communications and digital growth strategy focused on aligning online presence with strong offline market visibility and converting awareness into demand
Core Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy · Content Architecture · Team Advisory
Duration. One-off strategic intervention
The Client & The Challenge
Vitaldin Sport already had serious firepower offline. Backed by Always Sports, a leading sports marketing agency with deep expertise in sponsorship and event activation, the brand had strong visibility in top-tier sport, sponsoring Valencia Basket and activating at major running events such as the Behobia-San Sebastián, Cursa dels Nassos, the Madrid Half Marathon, and the 15K Nocturna de Valencia.
Its products, gummies, bars, gels, and powders, were not only available online but also distributed nationwide, from specialty stores to major supermarkets. However, online, the brand story didn’t match its energy, ambition, and presence in sport.
The digital messaging lacked a defined voice, content felt repetitive, and key partnerships that carried real weight offline were under-leveraged online. Vitaldin didn’t need more content. It needed alignment.
Goal → To create a unified voice, cohesive content pillars, and a strategy that turned online visibility into actual demand.
The Approach
I was brought in as an external strategist for a one-off content intervention: a focused, high-intensity moment to recalibrate the brand’s social media presence.
1. Uncover the gaps and spot the opportunities
I began with a deep diagnostic, analyzing brand positioning, competitors, content performance and audience behavior. I went beyond their channels combining social listening, search-demand insights, and trend analysis to understand what people were actually looking for and talking about. From there, I identified the gaps and opportunities needed to define the digital direction Vitaldin Sport was missing.
2. Lay the solid roots that guide every move
From that analysis, I built a complete strategic roadmap by defining exactly who they should speak to, where they should reach them, and how the brand needed to sound. This became the north star for both the brand and the agency team, finally giving everyone a clear direction to create from.
3. Give the team clarity, tools, and confidence to act
Strategy only works if it can be executed. I translated the blueprint into practical playbooks, content guidelines, and channel-specific rules. The Always Sports social team walked away with clarity, cadence, and confidence, fully equipped to implement the new strategy immediately and consistently.
The Impact
Change didn't happen overnight, but the solid strategic foundation immediately reduced content friction. Vitaldin Sport’s social voice gradually sharpened and the team started producing content with purpose, not just volume, and the brand's online voice began to match its national retail ambition, ready to evolve into a sustainable growth lever.
