As their external Strategic Communication Partner, I transformed Nautalia’s digital content and campaigns into a cohesive journey, guiding travelers from awareness to inquiry. Social channels became a trusted space where audiences engaged meaningfully, and that trust directly fed real business results across their physical offices.

The first step was to make Nautalia’s digital presence feel alive and relevant. I redesigned the social strategy to prioritize content that would rapidly grow the brand’s footprint across Spain. I defined the most valuable customer segments and tailored messaging for each.Then working closely with Nautalia’s external agency Montaña Studio we developed the content. The aim was clear: reach the right audience with the right message at the right moment, converting passive followers into high-intent travelers ready to engage with the brand.

Consistency is credibility. I partnered with Nautalia’s Marketing Director, their creative agency Montaña Studio, acting as strategic quality control. Every creative asset was optimized for engagement and conversion, no effort wasted. Campaigns, visuals, and copy were aligned with the strategic blueprint, ensuring every piece of content had a purpose and reinforced the brand story.

Finally, I developed a clear ads strategy, delivering targeted performance campaigns to capitalize on the growing reach. Each campaign was designed to convert awareness into action, feeding high-intent leads directly into the sales pipeline of all their physical offices.
