Ladies, Wine and Design was started by Jessica Walsh after this happened.

Why women have to be competitive and unsupportive one another?

Jessica decided to do something to change things and break those negative barriers by championing other women’s work, as well as promoting young female talent.

LWD-Ibiza

LWD has a mission: Increase the percentages of women in leading creative positions around the world.

And it does it through mentorship circles, portfolio reviews, talks and creative meet-ups.

We are now spread in more than 280 cities all over the world.

In 2017, I brought Ladies, Wine and Design to Ibiza, with the aim of bringing together all the creative women from the island. Ideas flow better when we connect.

Every month, we come together to share experiences, learn and empower each other. We want to redefine success on our own terms.

Our community is growing and our team too, today I have on my side the very talented photographer Rosie Randisi, the badass graphic designer Maya del Barrio and the disruptive geek lover Marina Pontón.
